🍅 Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
🥬 Cabbage – ½ cup (shredded)
🍋 Lemon Juice – As per taste
🧄 Garlic – 3-4 cloves (finely chopped)
🌶️ Green Chilies – 1 (cut into small cubes)
🌿 Fresh Coriander – For garnish
🔥 Roasted Spice Mix:
🌿 Jeera (Cumin seeds) – 1 tsp
🌶️ Kashmiri Dry Red Chili – 2
🧀 Paneer (Cottage Cheese) – 1 cup (cut into cubes)
🧂 Salt & Black Pepper – As per taste
🛢️ Desi Ghee – 1 tsp (for frying paneer)
👨🍳 Step-by-Step Recipe for Veg Kachumber Salad
Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables
🔪 Finely chop cucumber, onion, capsicum, tomato, and cabbage.
🍽️ Transfer them into a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Make the Dressing
🧄 Take chopped garlic and green chilies (cut into cubes) in a small bowl.
🍋 Add lemon juice and mix well.
🌿 Finely chop some fresh coriander and mix it in.
Step 3: Roast & Grind the Spices
🔥 In a pan, dry roast jeera (cumin seeds) and Kashmiri red chili for 1-2 minutes.
