Providing your body with an abundance of fruits, leafy greens and vegetables is crucial to the healing process. The 28 day cleanse can do wonders for people looking to strengthen their immune system, prevent future health issues or have been facing chronic health issues for years.
1. Cleansing Beverage: 16 ounces of fresh celery juice or 16 ounces of lemon/lime water
2. Breakfast Smoothie
3. Midmorning: Make another fruit-based smoothie or drink the second serving of the one you made for breakfast.
