Guys, you have to try the viral high protein wrap, you won’t even know it’s cottage cheese inside)))
Ingredients for the wrap:
🧀125g cottage cheese
🥚2 eggs
🧂salt, pepper and seasoning if you like
Instructions:
1. Blend cottage cheese, eggs, salt and pepper until smooth.
2. Spread along an oven tray lined with baking paper.
3. Bake it at 190C for 20 mins, just keep an eye on it, it should be golden brown.
4. Let it cool slightly, then fill with your favourites, wrap it up and enjoy! I am using smoked salmon, salad and one fried egg (in water, no oil).
