Recipe-
Bread slices
Chopped vegetables – Onion, tomato, capsicum, corn boiled
Chat masala
Pepper powder
Salt
Ghee/ butter for roasting bread
Oil for sauteed vegetables
Cheese of choice- you can use slices, or shredded or cubed
Process-
To make sauteed vegetables, add some oil and put the tomato slice. Add in salt and pepper powder. Add some more oil and add he vegetables along with salt, chaat masala, pepper powder
Toast bread slightly on both sides. Add cheese and sauteed vegetables along with tomato slices and more cheese. And your tasty sandwich is ready. Enjoy the mornings with sandwich.
