Detailed recipe for saucy high protein pasta:
Add oil to a pan, 5-6 garlic cloves, 2 tomatoes, salt and cook it till it’s mushy
Grind it once cooled
Then to a pan, add butter, prepared paste, 1 scoop of UP it protein powder for that extra protein kick!
Cook it for 5-6 mins, then add pasta water as per the consistency you want
Add salt, oregano, chilli flakes, 1/3rd cup fresh cream, little bit of ketchup and a slice of cheese (or more💅🏻)
Cook for another 3-5 mins, add the pasta and enjoy!💅🏻
