Healthy Baba Ganoush Ingredients:
• 2 large eggplant
• 1-2 tbsp Greek yogurt (or plant-based alternative)
• 1 garlic clove
• juice of 1/2 lemon
• ground cumin, salt and pepper
• tahini (sesame paste)
• Toppings: smoked paprika
