Ingredients:
✔ 1 cup ragi flour (finger millet)
✔ ½ cup whole wheat flour (or oats flour for gluten-free)
✔ 1 tsp baking powder
✔ ½ tsp baking soda
✔ 1 tbsp curd or lemon juice
✔ ½ tsp salt
✔ 1 tbsp oil or ghee
✔ ½ cup water (adjust as needed)

How to Make Ragi Bread (No Oven, No Yeast):
1️⃣ Prepare the Batter/Dough:
Mix all dry ingredients – ragi flour, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add curd/lemon juice, oil, and water gradually. Stir into a thick batter or dough (not runny).
2️⃣ Grease the Mold or Pan:
Use a small loaf pan or any heatproof container. Grease it with oil and line it with parchment if needed.
3️⃣ Cook Without Oven:
Stovetop: Preheat a heavy pan or kadai with a salt layer at the bottom for 5-10 minutes. Place the tin inside, cover with a lid, and bake for 25–30 minutes on medium flame.
Or Steam it like dhokla/idli for 20–25 minutes.
4️⃣ Cool & Slice:
Once baked or steamed, let it cool completely before slicing.
