In today’s video, I’m showing you how to make soft, fluffy, and healthy Whole Wheat Bread at home — without using any maida, preservatives, or harmful ingredients. This is a 100% atta bread recipe that’s perfect for daily use and far healthier than store-bought options.

This recipe is beginner-friendly, easy to follow, and doesn’t require any fancy equipment. Whether you bake often or are just getting started, you’ll love this homemade, clean-eating bread recipe!

In a mixing bowl, add whole wheat flour and salt. Mix in yeast mixture and oil. Knead into a soft, elastic dough. Use the stretch-and-fold method for 8–10 minutes.

3️⃣ First Proofing:
Cover and rest the dough for 1 to 1.5 hours or until it doubles in size.

4️⃣ Shape the Dough:
Punch down the dough gently. Shape into a loaf and place in a greased bread tin or loaf pan.

5️⃣ Second Proofing:
Let it rise again for 30–45 minutes until slightly puffed.

6️⃣ Bake:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the top is golden and the loaf sounds hollow when tapped.

(No oven? Steam or cook on the stovetop in a covered pan or pressure cooker without whistle for 30–35 minutes!)

7️⃣ Cool & Slice:
Let the bread cool completely on a wire rack before slicing for best results.
