Ingredients
Khadi Moong – 1 cup (soaked overnight)
Ginger – small piece
Green chilli – 2 – 3
Salt to taste
For filling
Potato – 2 boiled & mashed
Peas- 1 – 2 tbsp boiled & mashed
Paneer – 50 gms
Green chutney – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper – 1/4 tsp ( crushed)
Salt to taste
Chopped Dhaniya patti
Oil to shallow fry
Butter to grease sandwich maker
Paneer slice & cheese slices to make sandwich
