Layered veg bite sandwich as starters – healthy lunch box idea for kids
Ingredients:
1. Brown bread
2. Butter
3. Cheese
4. Grated beetroot
5. Grated Carrot
6. Green chutney (Coriander-Garlic-dry coconut-Green chili- Salt)
7. Rock Salt
8. Tomato sauce
9. toothpick
Method:
Layered Veg bite sandwich you can serve as starters and it is very healthy for kids, they will love it in their lunch box too. It includes veggies with some cheese and green chutney so very healthy for kids.
First take one slice of bread and spread tomato sauce over it then spread some grated beetroot and carrot and sprinkle rock salt, then apply one slice over it then spread grated cheese over it. Again put one slice of bread over it and spread green chutney then put one slice of bread on top. It has many layers. Now add butter on pan and put this layered sandwich on pan and shallow fry from both the side then cut into four pieces and attach toothpick and serve them with sauce as starter, and give them in lunch box.
