From my morning workout, to trying out new healthy recipes and getting back into my evening routine I’m taking you along for it all 🤩🤍

RECIPES

High Protein Salmon Bowl

– Salmon filet (baking it at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes)
– 2 eggs (boiling them for 7 minutes)
– 1 can of chickpeas (frying them in a pan with a bit of butter)
– Adding one handful of baby broccoli
– For the last two minutes, adding a handful of kale
Salad cream:
– 1/2 avocado mixed with 1 tbsp greek yogurt, lemon juice & salt
– Blending it into the chickpea mix & adding salt and herbs

Sweet potato nachos (I’m honestly OBSESSED with this recipe, you really really have to try it!!!!)

– 2 medium sweet potatoes (cutting them in thin slices and baking them at 375–400°F (190–200°C), flipping the slices halfway through)
– Frying 500g minced beef in a pan (I use butter)
– Adding 1 can of black beans
– Handful of cherry tomatoes
– 1 avocado mashed with lime juice & salt
– 1-2 tbsp Labneh or sour cream

Pistaccio dates
– 10 medjool dates (taking out the stones and placing them flat)
– spreading about 2 tbsp of pistaccio butter on the dates (or any nut butter you like)
– melting 50g dark chocolate (I use 99%) and spreading it over the nut butter dates
– sprinkling some pistaccios and some sea salt on top
– placing it in the freezer for min 15 minutes
(you might wait for 2-5 minutes after taking it out of the freezer to let it get a bit less frozen before eating it)
I hope you enjoy these, I honestly think deserts that have dates and nut butter are THE BEST 🤤
