This lunch is easy to make when I have cooked chicken on hand and Palmini in my pantry!
Here’s the recipe:
1 bag Palmini angel hair
2 servings frozen vegetables (I use fire roasted mistura from Costco)
4oz pre cooked chicken breast
Peanut sauce: Mix together 3 tablespoons GHughes Sweet Chili sauce, 1 tablespoon PBfit, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and water to thin.
I just heated the veggies, Palmini and chicken in the microwave and added the peanut sauce. You can also just heat in a pan with a little spray oil.
Palmini is a great way to volume eat & keep calories low!
