Ingredients:
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 cup millet flour
1/2 cup salad (clarify if you mean oil or a specific veggie)
1/2 cup flaxseed milk
1 teaspoon rapid yeast
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups water
1/4 cup applesauce
Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the buckwheat flour, millet flour, salt, and rapid yeast. Stir well.
Add wet ingredients: Pour in the flaxseed milk, applesauce, and water. Mix until smooth.
Let rise: Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
