Healthy Single-Serve Banana Bread Recipe
✨makes one BIGGG serving or 2 smaller servings. 550 calories for the entire thing, or 225 calories for 1/2 the recipe✨
Ingredients:
* 3/4 cup oats
* 1/2 tsp cinnamon
* 1/4 tsp nutmeg
* 1 tsp baking powder
* Pinch of salt
* 1/2 tbsp oil, butter, or nut butter
* 1 egg
* 3/4 cup milk of choice
* 1 overripe banana
* 1 tbsp maple syrup
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1-2 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients except the chocolate chips to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the batter into a small baking dish.
3. Stir in the chocolate chips and smooth the top.
4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 22-26 minutes, or until the top is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
