Soya Sprouts Kebabs & Beetroot Yogurt Salad
Ingredients For Kebabs
Soya Chunks 1/2 Cup
Moong Sprouts 1/2 Cup
Coriander Leaves 1/4 Cup
Mint Leaves 1/4 Cup
Green Chilli 2
Garlic 3
Ginger 1/2 Inch
Besan 2tbsp
Sattu 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Red Chilli 1tsp
Garam Masala 1tsp
Sesame Seeds 2tbsp
Ghee 1tsp
Ingredients For Salad
Greek Yogurt 85 grams
Cucumber 1/4 Cup
Tomatoes 1/4 Cup
Beetroot 1/4 Cup
Lettuce 1/4 Cup
Salt to taste
Jeera Powder 1tsp
Honey 1tsp
Pomegranate 2tbsp
Roasted Peanuts 2tbsp
Tips
➡️ Boil Soya Chunks for 5 mins and wash it 2-3 times and squeeze the water.
➡️ Don’t add too much besan or sattu or the Kebabs will be dry. Add just enough for binding.
➡️ Cook Kebabs on low to medium flame , as we are using less oil, cooking time will increase.
