Ingredients:
Ghee – 1 tsp
Honey – 1 tbsp
Oats – ¼ cup
Cinnamon powder – ¼ tsp
Dried cranberries – 2 tbsp
Pumpkin seeds – 1 tbsp
Sunflower seeds – 1 tbsp
Almonds (cut) – 1 tbsp
Walnuts (cut) – 1 tbsp
Desiccated Coconut – 1 tbsp
Method:
Heat a pan, add ghee, oats, cinnamon powder, honey, and desiccated coconut. Toast on medium heat till golden.
Cool it on a plate, then mix in cranberries, seeds, almonds, and walnuts.
Enjoy with a smoothie bowl or as is. Store in an airtight container!
