Easy Brazilian Cheese Bread (Pão de queijo)🧀
Macros Per Bite (24): 48 calories, 3g fat, 4g carbs, 1g protein
👩🏻🍳INGREDIENTS:
1 cup tapioca flour
½ cup unsweetened almond milk 🥛
¼ cup olive oil 🫒
1 egg. room temperature 🥚
1 tsp fine sea salt + any other seasonings you choose!
¼ cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese
¼ cup freshly grated cheddar cheese 🧀
👩🏻🍳INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Blend the tapioca flour, milk, oil, salt & egg until you have a smooth batter. Stir in the cheese. Grease a mini muffin pan. Fill each hole a little more than halfway with the batter. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
