Roaste Peanut – 1 Tablespoon
Green Chilly – 3 (as per taste)
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Garlic Cloves – 7-8
Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – 1 Teaspoon
Suger – 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt – 1/2 Teaspoon (as per taste)
Lemon – 1
CHilled water with some ice – 1/4 cup
For Sandwich:
Green Chutney – 1 Tablespoon
Butter – 1 teaspoon
Bread slice – 2
For topping :
Cucumber slice, Tomato Slice, Onion Rings, Boiled Potato slce, Potato Chips 6-7 (You can use vegitables according to your choice)
Chaat Masala – 2 pinch
Black Pepper – 1 pinch
Tomato Ketchup and Green Chutney for Garnish
