Two-Ingredient Everything Bagels

Ingredients:
• 2 cups self-rising flour
(or 2 cups all-purpose flour + 3 tsp baking powder + ½ tsp salt)
• 2 cups Greek yogurt
• 1 egg (for egg wash)
• Homemade Everything Bagel seasoning (for topping)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Mix the dough – In a large bowl, combine flour and Greek yogurt. Mix until a shaggy dough forms, then knead for a few minutes until smooth.
3. Shape the bagels – Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, then use your finger to poke a hole in the center of each ball and gently spin to form the bagel shape.
4. Egg wash & season – Place the bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg and generously sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning.
5. Bake – Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Cool slightly, then enjoy!

Tip: These bagels are best warm and toasted with cream cheese or butter. Want to get extra fancy? Make a breakfast sandwich with them!

Easy Everything Bagel Seasoning

Ingredients
• 30g (2 tbsp) white sesame seeds, toasted
• 30g (2 tbsp) black sesame seeds, toasted
• 20g (1 tbsp) poppy seeds, toasted
• 20g (1 tbsp) dried minced garlic
• 20g (1 tbsp) dried minced onion
• 15g (1 tsp) flaky sea salt (adjust to taste)

Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Stir until evenly mixed.
3. Store in an airtight jar or spice container.

Sprinkle on bagels, eggs, avocado toast, roasted veggies, or anything that needs a savory, crunchy boost! Enjoy!
