Today we are going to be making the Sumac Chicken a super easy lunch recipe that is both healthy and tasty.
– 1/4 Cup of Quinoa
– 150 g Chicken Breast
-1/4 Avocado
-1/4 Juice of Lemon
-2 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
-1/2 Tomato
– Small Handful of Spinach
– Salt and Pepper to Taste
– 1Tbs of Coconut Oil (for frying)
This recipe is low carb, gluten free and paleo friendly.
