STIR-FRIED VEGETABLES RECIPE for Weightloss
Preparation time : 10 min
Cooking time : 5 min
This Recipe serves 1-2 people
Ingredients :
1/2 cup chopped carrots, गाजर
1/2 cup Green french beans, फलियां
1 cup broccoli florets, ब्रोकली
1 tsp oil, तेल
1 tsp chopped garlic, लहसुन
1 medium onion, प्याज
1 cup chopped capsicum, शिमला मिर्च
80-100 gram paneer, पनीर
1/4 tsp salt, नमक स्वादानुसार
1/4 tsp black pepper powder, काली मिर्च पाउडर
1 tsp oregano, ओरीगैनो
1/4 tsp red chilli powder, लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 tsp soy sauce, सोय सॉस
1/2 tsp vinegar, विनेगर
Process :
Steam vegetables & keep aside.
In a fry pan, add garlic, onion and capsicum. Saute them for a minute on medium to high flame. Add steamed vegetables, add spices. Now add paneer and mix everything together, Saute them on medium to high flame until done. Serve hot.

सब्जियों को भाप देकर पकाऐं और एक तरफ रखें।
एक फ्राई पैन में लहसुन, प्याज और शिमला मिर्च डालें। उन्हें मध्यम से उच्च लौ पर एक मिनट के लिए तलें। उबले हुए सब्जियां डालें, मसाले डालें। अब पनीर डालें और सब कुछ एक साथ मिलाएं, उन्हें मध्यम से उच्च लौ पर तलें जब तक कि पक न जाए। गर्म सर्व करें।
