Panner broccoli roasted
Ek baar apne yeh try kar liye fir aap bhi iss hamesha banaoge.
•Boil broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes in hot water, strain & keep it aside
• Chop nearly 90-100 g of Paneer in cubes.
• For the marination – 3 tbsp curd, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp roasted besan, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp garam masala, 1tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp hing ,1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp kashmiri chili powder, salt as per taste.
Mix it well.
• Add boiled broccoli & chopped paneer to the yoghurt mix & stir well.
•Cover & I like to keep it in fridge for 15 minutes so that everything is quoted well.
• Place it into oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. You can also roast it on a tawa.
• Its ready, enjoy it with chutney or as it is 🤗
