1. Cashew – 50g
2. Almond – 50g
3. Makhana – ½ cup
4. Rolled oats – ½ cup
5. Milk – 250g
6. Mango cubes – ½ cup
7. Paneer – 100g
8. Protein bar – 2
Steps for preparation of protein ice cream:
1. Soak cashew, almond, makhana and rolled oats in milk overnight.
2. Take all the soaked items in a grinder and add paneer and one protein bar and make mixture.
3. Put the mixture in a bowl and add mango cubes.
4. Garnish the mixture with small cut pieces of protein bar.
5. Cover the mixture and put this in a freezer for 6-7 hours.
6. Now no sugar, no cream healthy protein bar is ready.
