Today, Alane made a raw Brussels sprouts salad with her favorite apple & thyme vinaigrette. Now before you jump to the next video because you don’t like Brussels sprouts, hear us out. RAW Brussels sprouts taste way different than COOKED Brussels sprouts. It’s definitely worth a try to get this nutrient packed vegetable into your diet!
Today, Alane made an “un-stir fry” with cauliflower rice, spinach, coconut aminos, and hot sauce! She paired her dish with the egg white & spinach frittata from Veggies Made Great. Stephanie threw together a quinoa salad over chopped spinach with diced tomatoes and onions, feta cheese and a jar-shaken dijon mustard dressing. It went amazing with an egg white & spinach Veggies Made Great frittata broken up over it! Get the recipes below!
Un-stir fry:
-Heat up frozen cauliflower rice & handful of spinach
-Add 1 tbsp (or more) coconut aminos
-Add Egg white & spinach frittata from Veggies Made Great
-Drizzle with Yellowbird hot sauce to taste.
-ENJOY!
Dijon Quinoa Salad:
-Rough chop a handful or two of spinach
-Cook 1/2 cup quinoa using desired method
-Dice a tomato and red onion
-Add 1/4 olive oil, 1 tsp dijon mustard, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper (to taste) to a jar and shake!
-Add quinoa, tomatoes, onions, feta cheese and broken up Veggies Made Great egg white & frittata to chopped spinach and drizzle with the dijon mustard dressing.
-Enjoy!
