Gram Flour-3 tbs
onion(chopped)-2 tbs

Green chilli(chopped)_2
Coriander leaves(chopped)-1 tbs
Semolina(sooji,rava)-1 tbs
salt to taste
oil for cooking

POTATO PANCAKE
Cooking time-7-8 minutes:-
Potato(grated)-1
Gram flour-1 tbs
corn flour-1 tbs
Green chilli-1 (finally chopped)
salt to taste
2 tbs oil

TOMATO RAVA UPMA:
cooking time-15 minutes
Rava(samolina)-1 cup
Onion(chopped)-1
Tomato(chopped)-2
Green chilli-1
Coriander leaves (chopped)-1 tbs
Mustard seeds:-1/2 tsp
Urad daal-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves-7-8
Salt to tatse
Water-2 cup

CHIKKU SHAKE:-
Chikku- 3(peeled,chopped)
MILK(chilled)-1 glass
sugar-1 tbs
Almonds(chopped) for garnishing
