Chayote leaves recipes for Sunday cooking episode #01
Ingredients
*Chayote leaves
*Tomatos
*Onion
*Ginger (optional)
*Salt
*Soy Sauce
**Garlic
**Oil

Recipe #01
Procedure:
1. Boil 1 cup of water in a pan or pot.
2. Add some salt to keep the greenish color of the leaves.
3. Add the leaves once the water starts to boil.
4. Cover or mix the leaves for 3 minutes. Make sure.
it won’t be over cooked.
5. Drain it/ remove excess water.
6. Mix all the ingredients and serve.
Recipe # 02
Procedure:
1. Heat the cooking pan.
2. Saute ginger (if any), garlic, and onion first.
3. Add the the tomato once # is golden brown.
It must smell yummy.
4. Add some salt.
5. Add the chayote leaves and mix them.
6. Add a little soy sauce and pepper (if any)
7. Wait for 3-5 minutes. Don’t over cook the leaves.
8. Serve while hot.
