This is healthy popcorn chicken. And yes, I know how that sounds.
But it’s real. It’s crispy. It’s flavourful.
And it doesn’t come with a side of a lecture on how you have to hit 200 grams of protein a day.
We’re not trying to be bodybuilders here, we’re just trying to eat lunch without spiralling.
No bland chicken breast. No chalky protein bars, or “protein bowls” that are just cottage cheese and protein powder (yuck). Just something tasty that won’t make you start a podcast centred around creatine.
