Hey!
Today I have another video on meal planning my journey to learning what meal plan habits work for our family. Just to be clear I am in my 3rd Trimester of pregnancy, 31 weeks at the time of this recording. In this video I jump right in to meal planning for the week. My husband gave me a challenge to hit around $70 dollars in spending on groceries this week. I laugh at that budget (lol). Because I knew we needed to reup on some spices etc. HOWEVER were able to spend around 90$ for everything.
First things first understand I have about 100lbs or more to lose after having this baby and I have given myself a goal to lose this weight over 2 years. Right now I am focused on being able to consistently meal plan and create healthy eating habits for myself. So this journey is not a race I am so excited to share this journey with you! I am sorry you will not see me rushing to lose a bunch of weight, but developing a good relationship with food!
Needless to say you will not find marco counting, calorie counting in my journey JUST YET. I AM NOT THERE YET who knows if all goes well I may not have to count. You also will not find my workout plan either AGAIN I AM NOT THERE YET. Losing weight as a new mommy is going to be different for everyone, these things will come in time.

We can be accountability partners! Lets be clear I am currently working through road blocks to change my current eating habits and I AM STILL PREGNANT. My meal plans will still have processed foods on it as I am still learning delicious clean foods to add into my meals for the week. THE GOAL IS TO HAVE A COMPLETE MEAL PLAN CREATED WITH FOODS FROM MY CLEAN EATING FOOD CHECKLIST.
This week we brought groceries from HEB! It is a grocery store here in Austin Texas.
