Mix Veg Sandwich
Sandwiches are very popular for breakfast, Lunch Boxes, Kid’s Tiffin and evening snacks. Today I am sharing a very simple and quick recipe for sandwich. It has multiple vegetables along with wheat bread, making it a complete meal. Also, I have avoided potato in this recipe to keep it low calorie.
Ingredients:
¼ cup Gajar (Grated Carrots)
¼ cup Shimla Mirch (Finely chopped Capsicum)
½ cup Tamatar (Finely chopped Tomatos)
¼ cup kakdi (Finely chopped Cucmber)
¼ cup pyaz (Finely chopped Onion)
¼ teaspoon chilli flakes
¼ teaspoon oregano
¼ teaspoon Kali Mirch (Black Pepper Powder)
Namak (Salt, to taste)
2 teaspoon Sandwich Spread / Mayonnaise
4 Whole Wheat / White / Multigrain Bread Slices
Serve with Tomato Sauce.
