Ingredients:

1. Dry yeast
2. Castor sugar
3. Luke warm water
4. Olive oil (or any oil except mustard oil)
5. Butter
6. Salt

Add sugar in lukewarm water and stir it then add dry yeast and mix it completely then cover it and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

Take 1.5 cups of whole wheat flour/atta in a bowl then add a pinch of salt, olive oil then add fermented yeast water in it and mix it really well then gradually add water to knead it, grease it with oil then make folds and let it rest in bowl for 2 hours for 1st proofing while covering it with cling wrap.

After 2 hours knead the dough with the help of flour then add butter and knead it until the butter gets mixed completely then grease it with oil and start making folds as much as possible then grease the bread mould and place the dough in it for 1 hour for 2nd proofing and again cover it with cling wrap.

Then pre-heat the oven at 180°c for 10 minutes and place the bread mould dough and bake it at 190°c for 35-40 minutes.
Take it out and rub some butter on the top and let it cool completely then cut it in slices and enjoy!
