Welcome to Reap What You Seaux! We are going to start the day off with a low fat breakfast! Food plays a major roll in your health, as the saying goes “you are what you eat”! Our goal is to try and eat healthier food and stay away from processed foods. Today we are eating a avocado baked with egg and topped with a little cheese, sautéed purple Bok Choy and a slice of bread.
