CALORIES AND MACROS makes 15 large meat balls
Per meat ball 137 cals 10g protein 9g fat 3g carb
INGREDIENTS
– 93% lean ground beef 2 lbs
– diced sweet yellow onions
– 3/4 cup panic bread crumbs
– 3/4 cup parm cheese
– 2 table spoons Italian seasoning
– salt and pepper to taste
– 1 table spoon garlic minced
– 2 eggs
INSTRUCTIONS
1. pre heat over to 375 degrees f
2. combine all above ingredients in a large bowl, fold together and form into even sized meat balls should make about 15-17
3. place on a baking sheet and bake on 375 for 30-35mins
4. Serve with any pasta of choice OR eat on their own with a marinara
