Protein: Meat, Fish, Tofu or Pulses.
Leafy Greens: Spinach, Kale or Lettuce
Grains & Carbs: CousCous, Quinoa, Pasta or Rice, Sweet Potato or normal potatoos.
Veggies: Peppers, Onion, Courgettes, carrot, tomatoes.
Nuts: Pine Nuts, Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds
Sauces: Olive oil, balsamic, green/red pesto.
