30g. Milk
Olive Oil
3 tbsp. Sugar
1 tbsp Cinnamon Ground
Churro Chocolate Sauce:
10g Cocoa Powder
20g. Sugar
10g. Hot Water

~stir until dissolve
equipments needed:
cutting board, rolling pin, 2 bowls / containers, stove, pan, food thong
Instructions:
Bread – flatten the bread with rolling pin
– spread butter on the bread
– roll the flatten bread
– cut the edges of the rolled bread
Soaking; Bread
crack open 1 egg
pour milk and whisk everything
soak the bread in the mixture
• Cooking;
Bread
put olive oil in a high heat, once it’s hot put it in medium heat
fry the bread and flip every sides until golden brown
*note: just fry each sides for 40 seconds – 1 minute, it’s enough because the oil is very hot
Cinnamon-laced Sugar – mix sugar and cinnamon
when the bread is still hot / best when just got out from the oil, roll and coat the bread in sugar & cinnamon
Chocolate Sauce
mix cocoa powder, sugar, and hot water
Finishing; Churro Toast nlato and din it in ahonolato
serve churro toast on a plate and dip it in chocolate sauce for best taste!

This taste soooo good almost like eating real churros, taste-wise. For texture, it’s soft unlike the real churros which is crispy. I think this is the best toast I have ever made so far, it’s so good I love how the cinnamon taste blends really well with the chocolate
