Ingredients:
• 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or finely chopped)
• 1/2 cup broccoli (finely chopped or pulsed in a food processor)
• 1/2 cup cauliflower (finely chopped or pulsed in a food processor)
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup almond flour (add more if needed to bind)
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, or Italian seasoning for extra flavor

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, eggs, almond flour, and seasonings. Mix until the texture is sticky and can hold shape. If it’s too wet, add a bit more almond flour.
3. Shape Nuggets: Scoop out about 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture and form into nugget shapes with your hands.
4. Bake: Place nuggets on the baking sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
