For WHOLE recipe:
300 Cals, 18g Net Carbs, 3g Fat, 52g Protein

✳️ Ingredients for First Blend:
480g (2 Cup) Ice
120mL (1/2 Cup) Fat Free Milk (I used Kroger Carb Master)
113g (1/2 Cup) Plain, Vanilla or Chocolate Nonfat Greek Yogurt, Frozen (if you want thicker)
1g (1/2 tsp) Salt

✳️ Ingredients for Second Blend:
1 1/2 Scoop Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Powder
20g (1/4 Cup + 1 tbsp) Granular Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve)
7g (1 tbsp) Sugar Free/Fat Free Chocolate or Vanilla Pudding Mix
5g (1 tbsp) Cocoa Powder
1g (1/2 tsp) Xanthan Gum
1g (1/2 tsp) Guar Gum

✳️ Ingredients for Toppings:
10g (1/4 Cup) Fat Free Whipped Cream
2 Cherries for Each Shake

✳️ Directions:
1. Grab large blender (Ninja preferably). If you have a small blender, half the recipe ingredients.
2. Add ingredients for first blend. Blend for a minute on high.
3. Add ingredients for second blend to blender. Blend for another minute on high.
4. Grab two big cups and add blended milkshake. Top both with ingredients toppings. Then enjoy!
