1 cup moong sprouts
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped cucumber
1/4 cup grated fresh coconut
1/2 cup pomegranate
1 chopped onion (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh coriander and mint
Salt, Black salt, Black Pepper powder,
chaat masala, roasted cumin powder to taste

For tadka:
Oil – 1 Tsp
Cumin & mustard seeds – 1/2 Tsp each
Peanuts – 2-3 Tbsp
finely chopped Green chilli and ginger – 1/2 Tsp each
curry leaves – 8-10
