Recipe: hummus and avocado sandwich
– 150g boiled chickpeas
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– Salt + pepper
– 1 tsp chili powder
– Juice of ½ lemon
– 1 avocado (mashed with 1 tsp garlic powder)
– Bell peppers + mushrooms (sautéed)
– Lettuce + tomatoes
