Low calorie, high protein banana muffins!

nutritional facts:
100 calories
15g carbs
6g protein
2g fat

Instructions:
– Preheat oven to 350
– Setup muffin liners or lightly grease muffin tin

Blend together:
-1 cup quick oats (I did PC organic, other oats may work too idk)
-1 scoop protein (I personally used vanilla)
– 1 tsp baking POWDER
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– Pinch of salt

Put dry mixture aside into a bowl

Then Blend together:
– 2 ripe bananas
– 250g/1 cup 1% cottage cheese
– 1 egg
– 2 tbsp maple syrup
– 3 drops monk fruit (optional)

– put into the same bowl and combine, don’t over mix tho, that could make them tough
– scoop into muffin tin, makes 10 to 12
– put 3-4 chocolate chips on top of each
– bake for 25-28 mins until cooked through
