3 1/2 Scoops Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Powder
36g (3 tbsp) Confectioners Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve)
7g (1 tbsp) Sugar Free/Fat Free Chocolate or Cheesecake Pudding Mix

Whipped Cream (*optional*)
2 Ferro Rocher Balls, Crushed
