✳️ Ingredients (makes 4 servings):300g Romaine224g Fusilli Pasta (weighed raw)1 lb Chicken Breast (weighed raw)150g Yellow Bell Pepper150g Orange Bell Pepper150g Grape TomatoesRoasted Red Pepper Sauce (recipe below)

✳️ Ingredients for Roasted Red Pepper Sauce:2 Roasted Red Bell Peppers120g Fat-Free Feta120g 2% Cottage Cheese4 Cloves Minced Garlic15g Honey8g Nutritional Yeast½ tsp sea salt (3g) – adjust to ¾ tsp (4g) if needed¼ tsp black pepper (1g)¼ tsp red pepper flakes (1g) – increase to ½ tsp (2g) for more heat

❇️ Directions:1️⃣ Roast the red bell peppers. Spray with olive oil or avocado oil spray and air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes.
