Ingredients

1/2 cup dry roasted makhana

1/2 cup boiled matki sprouts

2 tbsp chopped onion

2 tbsp chopped tomato (de-seeded)

3 tbsp chopped cucumber

1 tbsp grated beetroot

1 tbsp pomegranate seeds

1 tsp roasted peanuts

1 tbsp chopped pudina + coriander

1 tsp tamarind chutney (optional or low-jaggery)

1/4 tsp jeera powder

1/4 tsp chaat masala

Rock salt (sendha namak) to taste

1 pinch red chilli powder

Fresh lemon juice

Steps

1. Dry roast makhana till crispy.

2. Mix all chopped veggies, sprouts, and spices in a bowl.

3. Add chutney and lemon juice.

4. Toss in the makhana and top with pudina, coriander, peanuts, and pomegranate.

5. Serve immediately for the best crunch!
