Recipe:
– Mix dhokla batter with salt and eno
– Grease a dhokla steamer with little oil and pour the batter onto it
– Steam for 5-7 minutes till knife comes out clean
– Divide the dhokla into two halves and scoop out carefully from the plate
– Spread a layer of green chutney on both halves and assemble your sandwich
– Sprinkle some chaat masala and sandwich it up
– Garnish with sev and serve with more chutney & ketchup
