Healthy Party Snack – Mango Strawberry Salsa (No onion & garlic) with Tortilla Chips (made from roti)

Ingredients:
150 gm Mango (1 medium sized)
60 gm Strawberries (2 small sized)
50 gm green bell peppers
80 gm tomato’s (1 large)
Mint & Coriander leaves
1 lemon juice
Salt as taste, 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

For tortilla chips
Take 1 tortilla or whole wheat homemade roti, cut into nachos chips shape, spray some oil, salt and pepper and air fry for 370F for 4-5 min after pre-heating.

Method :
In a bowl, add finely chopped mangoes, strawberries, tomatoes & bell peppers. Add leaves and all seasonings, lemon juice as well. Mix everything well and the salsa will be ready.

Serve it with homemade roti nachos and it will be a hit in your parties. It’s a NO ONION NO GARLIC recipe, perfect for BHOG as well 🙂
