RECIPE FOR OATS BREAKFAST

Ingredients=
1. oats- 2 cups
2. cinnamon powder- 2 tsp
3. mixed dry fruits ( almonds, walnuts, dry figs, dates, raisins)- handful
4. mixed fruits of your choice( apple, banana,chikoo,orange,pineapple,kiwi etc- according to your requirement.
5. flaxseeds- 1 cup
6. milk or water – according to requirement.

Method=

Take a bowl and add oats, cinnamon powder, mixed dry fruits, flaxseeds in the bowl. Then add water or milk according to goals and texture u require and mix it well. Now add more water or milk to soak it overnight by keeping it in refrigerator.Remember, you have to prepare this mixture at night and keep it for soaking until morning for breakfast. Take the bowl out of fridge in morning and add the mixed fruits of your choice. Mix the mixture well and thats it You are good to eat the DELICIOUS OATS.
