Looking for a healthy tea-time snack that’s naturally sweet and still moist & delicious? This banana bread is made without any added sugar — sweetened only with ripe bananas and dates! 🍞🍌

✅ Made with all-purpose flour
✅ Perfect for kids’ snacks or guilt-free tea-time

📝 INGREDIENTS
15–20 pitted dates (adjust to taste)
½ cup hot water
4 tbsp unsalted melted butter
2 large eggs (room temperature)
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups wheat flour or all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
½ tsp coffee (optional)
3–4 mashed bananas
¼ cup almonds (optional — add walnuts or chocolate chips if you like)

🍽️ DIRECTIONS
Soak dates in hot water for 5–10 mins, then blend into a smooth paste.
Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla essence. Beat until well combined.
Add dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa, coffee) and mix gently.
Add mashed bananas and almonds. Optional: chocolate chips, walnuts, or chunks.
Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
Preheat oven at 210°C for 5 mins. Bake at 210°C for ~40 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.

🍰 Notes:
This banana bread is mildly sweet — perfect for those avoiding sugar.
You can adjust sweetness by adding more dates or a touch of honey/maple.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temp or refrigerate.
