▢Kosher salt
▢3/4 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
▢2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
▢Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
▢1/4 cup chopped fresh dill, stems removed, plus more for garnish
▢1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
▢Black pepper
▢1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced into half moons
