GLUTEN-FREE MULTIGRAIN EGGLESS SOFT & FLUFFY HOMEMADE BREAD

“Soft, Fluffy & Totally Gluten-Free! | Eggless Homemade Bread Recipe (No Oven Needed)”
Craving bread but avoiding gluten and eggs? This homemade recipe is a game changer! Perfectly soft, slices beautifully, and comes together with simple ingredients. Whether you’re gluten intolerant or just looking for a healthier alternative, this bread fits right in.

Ingredients:
3 tbsp psyllium hus
1 ½ cup warm water
¼ cup oats flour
¼ bajra flour
¼ ragi flour
1 cup potato starch (or tapioca starch or corn starch)
½ cup jowar flour
1 tbsp castor sugar
2 ½ tsp Instant yeast
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp refined oil (non flavoured)
1 ½ tsp vinegar

Proofing details-
1. First proofing for 45 minutes when you first knead the dough.
2. Second Proofing for 30 minutes after shaping the dough.

Baking details-
Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes at 180°C on Toast mode.

Slicing & Storing details-
1. Once the bread is baked immediately wrap it in a cling wrap for 30 minutes to keep the moisture intact.
2.Use only serrated or bread knife to get perfect crumb free slices.
3. You should never slice a hot bread, so wait untill it has reached room temperature.
4. Cling wrap the remaining bread and store in fridge, lasts upto 3-4 days (minimum).
