“Quick, healthy, and super tasty – let’s make Vegetable Suji Chilla

“Start with 1 ½ cup suji, ½ cup curd, and water to make a smooth batter.”

Add your favorite veggies. I’m using onion, capsicum, Tomatos, and coriander.

Spice it up with salt, red chili powder and Cumin powder.

Heat a pan, grease it, and pour the batter. Spread it evenly.

Cook until golden on both sides. Look at that crisp!

Serve hot with Coriander chutney or ketchup. Healthy breakfast is ready!
