Ingredients
In a mixing bowl add 1 cup chickpea flour ( besan )
Add 1/2 cup semolina ( rava )
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1/2tsp turmeric powder
Salt & red chili powder as per taste
Add 1/2 cup yogurt
Add water as required & make a batter

Paneer stuffing
In a bowl add paneer
Dry spices
Red chili powder
Black pepper
Salt
Coriander & cumin powder
Chaat masala
Add chopped veggies of your choice along with onion, tomato, cilantro
Cheese ( optional)
Now heat pan make chilia add 1/2 tsp ghee / butter/oil
Spread Schezwan sauce/ green sauce as per taste Add
Add paneer stuffing
Add some cheese
